NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS

THE 2021 TLCS ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS IS CANCELLED

By Virtue of Board Action 0424-05 s.2021, resolved to cancel the conduct of the 5th TLCS Baguio Chapter Assembly Meeting and the 16th TLCS Annual General Assembly Meeting and Election of Officers.

Here are the reasons why:

1. Because of COVID-19 that continues to endanger the health and safety of the people.
2. Most of the TLCS Coverage areas are under or affected by GCQs and ECQs.
3. Memorandum Circular 2021-03 of the Cooperative Development Authority strictly prohibiting activities like General Assembly meetings in areas under GCQs.
4. Video Conferencing as an alternative is not included on its Bylaws and not possible due to poor or non-access to internet connectivity of the majority of our members.
