INTERNAL ORGANIZATION

The internal organization of the cooperative comprises the members who contribute and utilize the coop’s capital, the Board of Directors who provide strategic direction, and the coop’s officers and staff members who take care of the day to day conduct of the coop business in consistent with the policies adopted by the Board of Directors.
