Microfinance Loan
  • This can be availed by REGULAR MEMBERS and ASSOCIATE MEMBERS with existing business/es.
  • Maximum Loanable amount is P200,00.00 or 2x of savings deposit whichever is lower.
  • Interest Rate: 15% per annum, pre-deducted
  • Maximum term is 12 months or 1 year
  • Co-maker is needed

  • This loan window can be availed by both REGULAR MEMBER and ASSOCIATE MEMBER.
  • Maximum loanable amount is 80% share capital balance or savings deposit balance. For pension loans, loanable amount shall be based on the monthly pension amount.
  • Interest Rate: 10% per annum, diminishing balance computation
  • Maximum Term is 36 months or 3 years.
Personal Loan
  • This can be availed by REGULAR MEMBERS (MIGS) only
  • Maximum loanable amount is P 100, 000.00 except for loan applications for visa processing and application.
  • Interest Rate: 12% per annum, pre-deducted
  • Maximum Term is 36 months or 3 years.
Salary Secured Loan
  • This can be availed by REGULAR MEMBERS ONLY.
  • Maximum loanable amount is P 2,000,000.00
  • 10% interest per annum diminishing monthly
  • Maximum term is 60 months or 5 years
  • Co-maker is needed
  • MOA for Payroll Deduction is needed
  • Must have a 100% Repayment Rate
Mortgage Loan Option 1
  • This can be availed by REGULAR MEMBERS and ASSOCIATE MEMBERS
  • Service Fee: 2%
  • Maximum loanable amount is 70% of appraised value
  • Interest Rate: 12% per annum, pre-deducted
  • Maximum Term is 12 months or 1 year
Mortgage Loan Option 2
  • This can be availed by REGULAR MEMBERS only.
  • Maximum loanable amount is 70% of appraised value
  • Interest Rate: 14% per annum, diminishing balance computation
  • Maximum term is 8 years.
My Wheels Loan
  • Who can Avail: Regular Members
  • Maximum amount is the value of the vehicle to be acquired.
  • Maximum Term is 60 months/5 years;
  • Interests, Penalties and Deductions Interest rate is 12% per annum based on a diminishing computation.
Agricultural Loan

ELIGIBLE BORROWERS:

  • Regular members and associate members
  • Non-members but are willing to become members.
  • Individuals engaged or willing to engage in Agri- based income-generating activities.
  • Farmers who are registered under the RSBSA
    Maximum Amount: P100,000
    Maximum Term: 1 Year
    Interest Rate: 10% per annum, diminishing balance computation
MSME Business Recovery Loan
  • Regular Members (MIGS) with Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) activities
  • Maximum amount is

    Maximum Term is 24 months
  • Interests, Penalties and Deductions Interest rate is 7.2% /annum amortized monthly, straight interest computation or .6%/month
  • If permits are not in their name, require a legal document on the use of the permits and premises on behalf of the regular member applicant to support ownership of the business.
Housing Loan
  • Who can Avail: Regular Members (Full-fledged). A member has been regularly employed in the same company for at least 1 year.
  • For self-employed members, must be operating a legitimate and profitable business for at least 3 years. 21 years old and must not be more than 65 years of age upon the loan’s maturity. All accounts within the cooperative must be updated. Maximum Amount &
  • Term: Purchase of a fully developed residential lot, town house or condo unit – 5,000,000.00 Construction/Completion or Renovation of house, refinancing of existing – 2,000,000.00
  • Term – maximum of 60 months or 5 years. Interests, Penalties and Deductions Interest Rate – 10% per annum diminishing with equal monthly amortization.
  • Deductions: Loan Insurance(yearly), Service Fee, Notarial Fee, Filing Fee, CBU, Inspection/Appraisal Fee

Anniversary Loan
(Seasonal Offer)
  • Who can Avail: Regular member who participates in capital build-up, maintains current loan account and maintains MAP balances above maintaining balance. Credit Rating result is at least 50% and up.
  • Maximum Amount & Term: Maximum loanable amount is Php 18,000.00 and will increase by Php 1,000.00 every year starting year 2023 until it reaches the maximum amount of Php50,000.00 Payable in 18 months and 1 month will be added to loan term every year as we increase in number of years and a Php 1,000 on loan amount yearly.
  • Term: Term is fixed depending on the number of years of the coop
  • Amortization: Amortized monthly Interests, Penalties and Deductions Interest Rate –6% per annum
  • Deductions: Service fee: 1% fixed rate regardless of term, Loan Insurance, Loan Passbook (first-time availment), Filing Fee and Notarial Fee, Capital Build Up of Php500.00 or 2% of the amount availed whichever is higher Loan is offered in the month of April to June, three (3) months offer only every current year in celebration of Treasure Link Cooperative Society ‘s founding anniversary.

Requirements

BASIC LOAN REQUIREMENTS:
  • Duly accomplished loan application forms
    For loan applications without signature of spouse because he/she is “out of town”, the trueness of it must
    be validated and qualified first.
  • 1 pc. Recent ID picture, preferably 2”*2” (for 1st loan applications, applicable to all loan windows)
  • Photocopy of valid ID’s of: Loan applicant, Spouse (if married), Co-maker
  • Other documents which are necessary such as but not limited to:
  • Photocopy of Barangay Clearance
  • Photocopy of Business Permit
  • DTI permit
  • Certificate of employment
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • For Salary Loan
  • Copy of Pay slip for 3 consecutive months prior to application of loan
  • Letter of appointment
  • Certification (form will be provided by the office)
  • Affidavit of undertaking
  • For Mortgage Loan
  • Legitimate copy of Lot Title (for Titled Lot)
  • Legitimate copy of Tax Declaration of lot and building/house (if applicable)-this will be for both Titled
  • and non-titled property.
  • Certificate of Non-tax Delinquency
  • Certificate of Non-tenancy for Agricultural Land
  • Certificate of full payment from LBP (for CLOA titles)
  • Sketch of property location
  • Approved Survey plan/Lot Map (for areas where approved survey plan is not available.)
  • Certified True Copy of Title
  • Special Power of Attorney if applicable. (SPA must indicate validity period)
