“The Power of WE: Youth in Cooperative Action”
Our laboratory cooperative members gathered at the Municipal Dangwa Hall, Mankayan, Benguet last February 21, 2026 to hold their annual general assembly meeting. This yearβs theme was “The Power of WE: Youth in Cooperative Action.”
As the leader of the guardian cooperative, our BOD Chairperson, Mary G. Umaming explained why this theme is so important:
“This theme reflects the vital role of unity, shared responsibility, and active youth participation in strengthening the cooperative and ensuring its sustainability.”
The hall was filled with the energy of our laboratory cooperative members, officers, the management and guardians who have made this assembly successful. Moreover, the
“Power of WE” was truly felt when our spirit of inclusivity reached even further via virtual streaming for laboratory cooperative members from other clusters who pre-registered.
Together, let’s continue to build a sustainable and youth-driven cooperative!
