The Benguet Government Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative (BGEMPC) representatives conducted a benchmarking visit to the TLCS Head Office. The group was welcomed for a fruitful interaction by our Chief Executive Officer-Shellan K. Addag. The interaction had a strong focus on the shift from traditional methods to digitalization.
