𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦: Representatives from our TLCS Mankayan office and officers took the opportunity to spread some extra cheer by distributing sweets and candies to the crowd throughout the parade route of the 113th Founding Anniversary of Mankayan.

Beyond the treats, we were thrilled to connect and capture memories with various organizations and local groups along the way. This is a reminder of the ties that bind us, highlighting our commitment to promoting a truly sweet and inclusive celebration.

Happy Foundation Day!
