TLCS Gender and Development Committee had their Program Policy Job Coaching Workshop, a vital initiative aimed at equipping TLCS personnel with the tools and knowledge to promote gender-responsive employment practices. This workshop reflects our shared commitment to upholding the principles of Gender and Development within our institution, fostering an inclusive, respectful, and empowering work environment for all.
Through targeted job coaching and policy orientation, participants are guided in developing practical skills and awareness that support both personal and professional growth.
