Productivity Olympics is the strategy of the DOLE-NWPC in coordination with the RTWPB to heighten national consciousness and commitment to quality and productivity and showcase best designed and successfully implemented productivity improvement programs and practices to its human resources.

It is a national competition of the productivity programs and practices of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the agribusiness, service, and industry sectors. THANK YOU for rigidly assessing our coop’s accomplishments, compliances and recognizing our initiatives, innovations and human resource programs. PRODUCTIVITY is always a result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning and focused effort.

This is Treasure Link Cooperative Society‘s award for the 2nd time from 2021 Regional Awardee and National Finalist . The theme “From Striving to Thriving: Reset and Reposition for Impact” is just on time for the on going review of our coop’s learning and development programs, systems and processes. I was impressed on how they scrutinized the voluminous documents including all the proofs, pictures, memos, directives, actual visits and made a video presentation, hoping for the nationals🙏🙏❤
